USA Logistics simplifies your life by allowing you to pay for all your shipments using your credit card. Whether or not you are a USA Logistics account holder, this option offers you convenience and security. You can set up this option as your default payment method upon registration or by accessing your shipping preferences.
Bill your shipments to your USA Logistics account
As a USA Logistics account holder you can bill all shipments directly to your account. This option allows you to use USA Logistics's Online Billing tool, which lets you receive and pay invoices without the time consuming paperwork. With the secure online interface, you can view your invoices, schedule payments and review your payment history.
• View open invoices - To review detailed information about a specific invoice, simply select the invoice number from the left column, and then select any one of the shipment numbers for detailed information.
• Pay invoices - To schedule payment for your open invoices, review the due date, the pay invoice column, the payment date, and click "Schedule payment". Your payments are scheduled. It's that easy. • Update your billing profile - You can customize your billing options by clicking the "Online Billing Account" link on the left side of your home page.
If you use handwritten waybills, be sure to indicate that the shipment will be billed to sender and include your USA Logistics account number.
USA Logistics reserves the right to set credit guidelines and require a valid credit card when opening an account. USA Logistics reserves the right to charge your credit cards as payments are due.
